Return, Refund and Shipping Policy

 RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to me for a full refund, credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on my shipping, return and refund policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at thomas.massage.rashida@gmail.com Place the item securely in its original packaging and Contact information (name, phone number, email address). Item Purchased unopened Reason for Return, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. I strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item. I will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. I will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact me at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

   I make sure my products are inspected carefully and ensure they are of the highest quality and pure. I guarantee them 100%. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible so we can help get this resolved.

   Once I receive your unopened return, I will process it and refund the cost of the product to your original method of payment (please note I do not refund shipping costs). Shipping Fees I offer shipping at the following rates: 

All in-stock items  will ship within 24-48 hours of order receipt Monday through Friday.   Shipping Methods:  Orders are shipped by USPS I currently ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping may vary based on location and shipping usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive to you once it is shipped.  You will be able to see the final shipping cost before paying for your order.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing my products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT IS MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
Pickups are APPOINTMENT ONLY available Mon, Tues, 4:30pm to 8pm Wed 11am-7pm Thurs 10am-6pm and Sat 10am-5pm. Please call 24hrs to confirm pickup for the next business day doing business hours.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
During hot weather, I do my best to protect my products from melting while in transit. I check every product before it is packed for shipping.  I wrap my products in bubble wrap another padding to add another layer of insulation and also include dry ice during shipping.   As a result, most products shipped in warm weather arrive without melting. Please understand, there is no way that I can ship products and completely control the heat temperatures of summer, trucks and mailboxes. Made in Ohio & in small batches to ensure freshness and quality.  Handmade, all natural, no chemicals, organic and no preservatives.   

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, I will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
