RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to me for a full refund, credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on my shipping, return and refund policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.  

RETURN PROCESS

To return item please email  at thomas.massage.rashida@gmail.com Place the item securely in its original packaging and Contact information (name, phone number, email address). Item Purchased unopened Reason for Return, and mail your return to the following address.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges I strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item. I will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company I will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please email me at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

 I make sure my products are inspected carefully and ensure they are of the highest quality and pure. I guarantee them 100%. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible so we can help get this resolved.

Once I receive your unopened return, I will process it and refund the cost of the product to your original method of payment (please note I do not refund shipping costs). SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Shipping Fees I offer shipping at the following rates: 

All in-stock items  will ship within 24-48 hours of order receipt Monday through Friday. Orders are shipped by USPS I currently ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping may vary based on location and shipping usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive after 48-72 hour processing time once order is processed you will be able to see the final shipping cost before paying for your order. 

 I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office I have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. I am not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. 


Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing my products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
During hot weather, I do my best to protect my products from melting while in transit. I check every product before it is packed for shipping.  I wrap my products in bubble wrap another padding to add another layer of insulation and also include dry ice during shipping.   As a result, most products shipped in warm weather arrive without melting. Please understand, there is no way that I can ship products and completely control the heat temperatures in the summer and trucks.
We do not offer international shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, I will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you a new estimated date for delivery.
